PROCESS: THE 5 D'S TO YOUR SUCCESSFUL PROJECT
We need to learn about your business, audience, and goals to create a project proposal that encompasses a realistic scope of work. This project scope will include the projected completion date and the total cost of the project. This is where we formulate ideas, goals, requirements, and undertake research.
We now start the design process, creating the general look and feel of your website. The ‘design’ at this stage is not complete, and is used to gather feedback ready for the development stage. When you have signed off on the final design, the development process begins.
With a clear vision of your website, the design is further developed with the addition of functioning contact and opt-in forms, and clear calls-to-action. Placeholder images/video and dummy text are replaced with your desired images/video and text. Your site will be sent to you for approval, ready for deployment.
The process of deployment will vary from project to project, but at this stage, your website is deployed to ‘live’. This means you will now be ready to receive visitors and your website will be found at your given domain (website address).
To bring your project to a close, the debrief is an important stage that allows us to look at the project as a whole, and improve our design and client relationship process. This is also the time to look at our complimentary services to help you get more leads and make more sales for your business.
